AI/Bot/Scraper Poisoning Tools

This is starting to become a very serious concern for larger sites and projects as, even if people don't care at all about the information harvested from these bots, they're starting to put huge loads on server resources and bandwidth. Now, there actually a fair few open-source solutions for this already that the XF team could look to for inspiration.

If these poisoning tools were implemented, I'm sure it would be a huge selling point for XenForo.
