Can the section name "Media" in nav and overall UI be changed to something else?

I'd prefer to change the title of this whole section to something like "Galleries" rather than "Media".

I tried doing this in the Public Navigation area of ACP, but the name "Media" is locked there and can't be edited.
Is it hard to change this to a name of my choosing?
