Cannot Edit Threads or Get to User Profiles

Last night we had a MariaDB client and common upgraded but server did not. We noticed problems so we downgraded back to where we were, and now we get

This pops up when clicking any user profile or when an admin tries to edit a post.

When I click on a user profile with the console open I see this:
