Changing the author of a thread?

I've tried searching, and I'm sure I saw this somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it again!

Is there a Resource that allows me to change the author of a thread/post, as an Administrator? I had a minor glitch while using the Linked Accounts resource earlier this morning and ended up just deleting the original post and rewriting it under the correct account.
