OAuth2 - Confidential Client Type - Connected Apps page yield 404

When I authorize an app using the confidential flow; I see the application is registered in Your Account -> Applications. When I click on the Application Name link or the revoke link, it tries to send me to mydomain.com and mydomain.com. Both pages yield 404 response codes.

I'm not sure what 2147483647 resolves to, I cannot find that value in my app or in my list of OAuth clients.
