problem with my account

I can't find the right section to post my request, as I am concerned. I opened a ticket from my xenforo panel opening a ticket, because until that moment I could access my account, but now I have no access to my auth google and I can not send my data to update my email, where I can contact someone from support or staff so they can help me.
