Attachment not showing in thread

I have a docx file attached to a thread in my article forum, and it isn't showing up in the tread for download. The user group (registered users) and node has the permission to upload and view attachments. Even I (admin) can't see it in the thread view..

If I go to admin.php?attachments/, I can see and download the file there. But not in the actual forum thread.

Any ideas?
