RSS BB media sites turned off but links still unfurling

I have BB code-media sites all set to off (except youtube) but the links are unfurling again now - unless there's an admin override for it? Just tested a few on a moderator section and they unfurled. Instagram and Facebook unfurled but X.com didn't

RSS warn or translate upon non-English post?
