Fake captcha problem

For a few days now I have been facing a fake verification (I am not a robot) attack that only appears on my PC. I could not find a solution despite renewing the files and changing my passwords. It sometimes went away but I observed it again after a few hours. Malware programs did not catch anything. Does anyone have an idea, I need your great support.
