Hardcoded phrase & Birthday format

The phrase "Image cannot be loaded from the passed link." is hardcoded.

Also, the birthday on 'Members > About' (https://xenforo.com/community/members/twollert.2468/#about) doesn't follow the format settings in the language. For example: The birthday on https://xenforo.com/community/account/account-details follows those settings.
