Help with customization: Sidebar, Overlay, Text Colors, and Footer Menu

Hello,

I’m currently setting up my very first forum. So far, everything has worked well, but I have 4 questions:

1. How can I move the sidebar to the left? I’ve already tried using the "Move Sidebar to Left" add-on. It works, but the width of the sidebar becomes smaller and cannot be adjusted.
2. In the screenshot, the lower part of the pop-up has an overlay that I can’t get rid of. I just want a solid color. I’ve removed everything in the overlay settings, but nothing changes...
