RSS Images not resizing on uploads.

Attachment setting is at 2000x2000 and when bigger images are uploaded, they don't seem to resize and will not upload. States image is too big. I have set the size limit 20Meg and the server setting is 80Meg. The image can be 4megs but bigger pixels and it won't upload.

I'm using GD to process the images. I'm wondering if I should use Imagemagick PECL extension?

Are there other settings that need to be changed for this to work properly?
