I am going to assume the majority of Xenforo off topic is acquainted with xenforo, and presumably are in ownership of it.
How did you get your partners, how do you even begin everything.
I have the technical knowledge for everything. But what I don't know is the social aspect of it.
How do you get people to be mods, users, inital engagement, partners, how?
Am I being clear? Basically my end goal is engagement, and engagement requires effort, and effort requires more people.
