Soft deleted thread global and indivdual forums bulk management - It displays soft deleted threads in the moderator panel and on individual forums.

Overview:

This add-on will add 2 placeholders for soft deleted threads. One global in the moderator panel and the other locally in the individual forums were they were posted at.
