[SOLVED] Can't upload/attach images/files?

Completely new test server without any add-ons.

When I tried to upload an image or simply attach anything. The following error appeared.

Does it have something to do with the Xenforo config or Cloudflare settings? Didn't do anything in Attachments option.

Anything to do with the folder permission?



[SOLUTION] Turned out to be the following ruleset in Cloudflare, disabled it to solve the problem.
