After upgrading to XF2 I started to have user upgrades not being applied but the user still getting charged on their paypal account. This only happens when it is a recurring payment and not a one time payment. The users have a payment profile setup and there are no errors logged (there is for a stripe user but it still goes through and applies the role). The paypal account is a business account with IPNs enabled. Any ideas? It's not consistent either which makes this hard to track...
