I run a forum with heavy image and video usage and I’m looking for a developer to help optimize media delivery, so everything loads blazing fast without risking site stability.

Current setup:

Dedicated server using nginx via CloudPanel
nginx reverse proxy on 443, backend on 8080 (PHP-FPM)
Large volume of media served from /data/video/
Intentionally avoiding Cloudflare R2

What I’ve already done:

Confirmed videos support byte-range requests (206 Partial Content)...
