XenForo Push System Notifications Issue

I am looking for a real expert in the XenForo push notification system. For reasons that I do not understand, there are rather heavy latencies in delivering notifications of new alerts. In fact, I have an app with Flutter that is integrated with my XenForo forum and I would like someone who is really expert in solving the problem for me, which in my opinion is not related to the app, because the problem also occurs with the push of the XenForo web app.
