User account upgrade not working

I am testing my user upgrade via different methods (PayPal, Crypto and Stripe) but the problem is when payment is made successfully, Forum show message "Thank you for purchasing this upgrade. When the payment has been approved, your account will be upgraded."
But the users is not upgraded to other user groups, I have tried this multiple times with live and sandbox payments but the issue persists, When I tested this with OzzModz Payment Provider Test addon, it worked...
