PayPal Subscriptions issues

I currently accept PayPal subscription payments via the legacy system, and I am trying to set up payments via the new REST system.

I created a new payment profile, and I added PayPal as an option for payments.

I currently have a 1 month and 6 month subscription option. Whenever selecting the 1 month option, the user is getting forwarded to payment for the 6 month option. When selecting the 6 month option, they are also forwarded to the 6 month option.
