RSS Ignore few forums from appearing in search results when clicked on Whats New

Is there anyway to ignore threads that appear in search results when clicked on New Posts ?
Dont want to hide those forums from manual viewing.
I only want to read the discussions (non related to addons and styles, so ignore only a few forums)
