RSS [QUOTE] and [MENTION] bbcode needs update after username changes / account deletions / accounts merging

Hello all!

Over time, users on our forum may change their usernames, delete their accounts, or have their accounts merged.

The problems:
a) [QUOTE] bbcode keeps the original username or / and user_id.
b) [MENTION] bbcode the same.

Is there any way, integrated to xF2 or custom addon which could fix the aboves?
