I have a custom add-on developed by an add-on developer.
It was designed during the XF 2.2 or maybe even XF 2.1 era.
It worked flawlessly until XF 2.34 but partially broke with the most recent XF 2.35 update.
The developer is no longer interested in maintaining updates.
It most likely needs a few minor tweaks; not a rewrite.
It's a background "page-wrap" add-on that allows an admin to quickly load a new forum wide background in the CP and define a URL for clicks.
